Shooting Flowers    I never wanted this. What twisted sense of duty calls me here, to slaughter children? Not one of them is older than me. They have mothers, fathers, families. Marius Muses    I've known Éponine loves me for quite a while now. She hasn't made much of an effort to hide it, even though she must know that a relationship between us is nearly impossible. She is nobody, and I am a student with wealthy family, a baron. I've tried to love her, but I can't. I do respect her for her hope, though. She still loves me, even after she must know that I do not and cannot love her.
    But now, now I am in love. I have found her, Cosette. I love her, and she loves me. I am hers, she is mine, and I could not imagine it any other way. When we are apart, I am filled with sorrow, and when we are together I am filled with joy. It is beautiful. But Éponine, she feels only the sorrow, never the joy. She endures it, endures me. She stands by as I speak of Cosette, even though it must hurt her so, because I am happy, and she so loves to see me happy. She must be so strong, to be willing

Me as Eponine. Taken with my iPod by my sister, sorry for the bad quality. I am dying at the foot of my bed, which doubles as a barricade. I know she dies with Marius, but my brothers are both dogs, and my sisters... just no.
